I am so excited to welcome you to my massage practice, All About You Massage LLC. I am seeing clients at my home office at N1972 Bethel Rd, Monroe, WI. Already, it has been fulfilling and fun helping busy people like you to return to their daily lives with less pain and tension, increased energy and sense of well being.

I graduated from Madison Area Technical College in December 2009. I am certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage, member of American Massage Therapists Association and licensed by the State of Wisconsin. I have supplemented my education becoming certified in pregnancy massage, labor and post partum massage, deep tissue massage and migraine therapy, and I am building my foundations of energy work doing Reiki.

I have found massage therapy and bodywork to be a wonderful compliment to my 30+ years of traditional nursing education and experience. I worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Family Birth Center at the local hospital and have 20+ years experience in the Obstetric field. I also am a birth doula or professional labor support person.

My goal is to work with my clients in an active partnership, providing an individualized massage to meet your unique needs and goals. I believe that professional therapeutic body work is too important to be treated as a luxury. Massage therapy is time tested, highly effective, holistic health alternative in the treatment of many medical conditions; at the same time it can enhance and promote a person’s overall health and well being. Each prenatal pregnancy massage session is tailored to your needs as they change through each trimester of the pregnancy. I am also available as a birth doula to support you through the labor and delivery experience.

I look forward to hearing from you. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about massage or about being a doula and to schedule an appointment.

Sarah Goebel LPN, LMT, Birth Doula

Sarah helped us to have an amazing birth experience. Prior to our birth month, Sarah met with us to discuss our previous birth experience and our goals for this birth. She took the extra time to discuss our concerns, fears and expectations. At this time, she introduced us to hypnobirthing and the concept of guided imagery. Although I had little faith in this concept, Sarah’s deep confidence in the beauty and naturalness of labor inspired me and calmed many fears.

Sarah was awesome while I labored at home. My husband and Sarah worked together to support me, while our son (who was almost 2 at the time) sang “Happy Birth Day to Mommy” during contractions. As labor became more intense, Sarah massaged my back and legs during every contraction. She helped me to find the positions that were most comfortable—whether I was walking, standing against the counter, sitting on the toilet, or being supported in a squatting position. Thanks to her constant assistance, I enjoyed my last few hours at home before going to the hospital.

When we arrived to the hospital, I was in the transitional stage of labor. Sarah again helped me to find new comfortable positions. Thanks to her constant assistance and encouragement, I had no medications during my labor. Sarah was my rock during the very intense period before I could push and when I was pushing. When our daughter finally came out, it was amazing. Thanks to Sarah's help, she was able to breastfeed right away. My whole experience with Sarah as my doula was awesome. I know that I couldn't have done it without her amazing support.
